An interesting encounter here with 7th placed Bristol City entertaining 4th place West Brom.

The home side were awarded a free-kick on 29 mins, 30 yds from goal. AYEW took it and saw the 'keeper off his line so he decided to shoot direct into the top corner to give 'City a 1-0 lead.
West Brom had chances but couldn't take them and after 42 mins, DZSUDZSAK scored to make ot 2-0. This was the half-time score, however, West Brom were given a lifeline when CONGRE was red carded after 44 mins.

After the interval WBA tried to take advantage of the extra man but 'City were determined to keep them out for as long as possible.
